Our Past Give-away Events

• 2021
  • We pushed our plans back from 2020, but are hopeful to launch something special for our prize draws in 2021 - More information will be revealed in our group soon!
• 2020
  • We were planning on doing something a little special for our prize draws in 2020, but due to the crazy year that 2020 was, we had to delay
  • But we still held our Christmas giveaway event - and once again, topped the previous year - with it running over 10 days in December and over £5500 worth of prizes were given to randomly selected subscribers.
• 2019
  • Our 2019 Christmas giveaway event - the biggest to date - held over 7 days in December and over £4000 worth of prizes given to randomly selected subscribers.
  • To celebrate our both our 5th Birthday and our Facebook group reaching 500,000 members in October, we gave away cash prizes of £500.00, £50.00, £5.00 and 504p.
  • Our Summer holiday period during this year saw us introduce our new 'give away weekends' - with so many of our sponsors getting involved that allowed us to give away over 50 prizes!
  • Easter saw another craft give away, but we had more winners and more prize that the previous year!
  • Mother's day was celebrated in the same way as previous years due to the great feedback we received - so our first prize winner received two bouquets of luxury flowers - one for them and one for their mum. 
• 2018
  • Our 2018 Christmas giveaway event was held over 12 days in December and we gave away over £3000 worth of prizes to randomly selected subscribers.
  • As a warm up to Black Friday in November we gave away two sets of vouchers worth £150 to spend in the TheWorks on two consecutive Friday's.
  • To celebrate both our 4th Birthday and our Facebook group reaching 444,444 members in October, we gave away cash prizes of £444.44, £44.44, £4.44 and 44p.
  • As Easter means crafting to alot of people, we thought a £100 Hobbycraft gift card would be an idea top prize in our Easter draw on 17th April.
  • We had to celebrate Mother's day in the same way as the previous year due to the feedback we received - so our first prize winner received two bouquets of luxury flowers - one for them and one for their mum. 
  • Red Letter Days sponsored a random prize draw at the end of February and we gave away a luxury afternoon tea for two.
  • Valentines day was our first give-away draw of the year and we gave away a 2 night stay for 2 people at a location of their choice.
• 2017
  • Our Christmas giveaway event ran for the first 9 days of December and due to the amazing support from many of the companies we work with, our prize pot was worth well over £2000.
  • To celebrate both our 3rd Birthday and our Facebook group reaching 350,000 members we bought early Christmas presents that were chosen by 3 randomly selected winners - worth up to £350.
  • Our back-to-school themed give-way meant 5 members each received £20 vouchers to spend at The Works.
  • Fathers day in June was the reason for our most recent give-away, with one lucky winner getting a voucher for £100 to go towards a family day out with a meal at their chosen location. 
  • At the end of May we just had to celebrate reaching our 300,000 member milestone and to make things a little different, this time we asked our members to choose the prizes... 3 cash prizes were an overwhelming favourite, with this choice receiving close to 3000 votes - so we gave away 3 prizes of £100 cash. 
  • As Easter means eggs, we decided that the top prize in our Easter draw had to be a hamper of over 30 chocolate Easter eggs! Our second prize was a bouquet of Easter flowers and the third prize was an Easter craft bundle.
  • Mother's day is obviously close to our hearts and we couldn't think of anyone that wouldn't like getting a bouquet of flowers delivered to their door on the special day.  So our first prize winner received two bouquets of luxury flowers - one for them and one for their mum. 
  • As an extra treat for two on Valentines day we gave away a 2 night stay for 2 people at a choice of locations.
• 2016
  • To make Christmas that little bit more special in 2016 we had two prize give-away days on the 5th and 6th of December with prizes worth over £700.  The full list of prizes and winners are available to see in our Facebook group.
  • To celebrate both our 2nd Birthday and our Facebook group reaching 250,000 members we bought early Christmas presents that were chosen by 3 randomly selected winners - worth up to £250.
  • We gave away cash prizes of £100, £250 and £500 as part of the launch of our Daily Bargain Alert emails.
  • We had a 12 hour prize give-away day to celebrate Easter - with over £1500 in prizes up for grabs.
  • To celebrate the launch of our Travel Bargain Facebook group in January, we gave away £150 of travel vouchers to one lucky newsletter subscriber.
• 2015
  • We had our 2015 Christmas Prize Give-away where on selected days in December 2015 we gave away Christmas hampers full of luxury chocolates, gift sets and shopping vouchers for the whole family - with the final and biggest hamper being worth over £200.
  • An all day give-away event marked both our 1st Birthday and us reaching our 100,000 members milestone. It was a day that involved prizes being given away to members every hour, ending with the top prize of an iPad Mini.
